Linette has been employed with the University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill since August 1991. During this time, she has worked in several departments on campus. Linette joined the UNC Highway Safety Research Center (HSRC) as human resource facilitator and executive assistant in February 2012. She is responsible for all aspects of human resources management at HSRC and serves as the executive assistant to the Center director.

Linette has a soft spot for kids and animals. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with her family.
