Human Resources Coordinator and PBIC Technical Information Manager
Donna’s assignments have encompassed a wide array of administrative responsibilities during her employment at HSRC, primarily in the areas of human resources and public information. Currently, she has two major responsibilities, serving as both the Human Resources Manager and the Manager of Technical Information for the Pedestrian Bicycle Information Center (PBIC). As Human Resources Manager, her management functions encompass employment, records, benefits, employee services, recognition, training, space, and payroll activities. As the Technical Information Manager for PBIC, she serves as the coordinator of a national information retrieval and dissemination system for both telephone and on-line inquiries related to bicycling and walking.
